Actor Mads Mikkelsen is coming to Ghent!

FACTS Comic Con welcomes Marvel / Star Wars / James Bond actor on April 6-7 in Flanders Expo Ghent

The Belgian Comic Con FACTS has managed to bring another Hollywood star to Ghent: the one and only Mads Mikkelsen. He is best known for his James Bond villain role Le Chiffre, the bad guy in Marvel's Dr. Strange, the key role of Galen Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and the title role in the TV series Hannibal. He will be a guest on April 6-7 in Flanders Expo Ghent, for 2019's Spring edition of FACTS.

Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars will instantly recognise Mads Mikkelsen as villain Kaecilius in Marvel's blockbuster movie Doctor Strange and as Death Star scientist Galen Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Mads Mikkelsen will also forever be remembered as James Bond villain Le Chiffre in Casino Royale, the spine-chilling role that probably gave him the superstar status he still enjoys today.

Even more hair-raising was Mads Mikkelsen's portrayal of Dr. Hannibal Lecter in the recent TV series Hannibal. Together with FACTS 2018 guest Gillian Anderson, he managed to give the audience uncomfortable mixed feelings of dread and respect for the serial killer. A great achievement indeed.

His list of epic roles and performances doesn't stop there. He was Draco in the 2010 film Clash of the Titans, Lucas in the excellent 2012 thriller The Hunt, Tristan in Jerry Bruckheimer's version of King Arthur, and a star in a plethora of other series and movies since 1996.

Mads Mikkelsen will be a guest for FACTS Spring 2019, on April 6-7 in Flanders Expo Ghent. He will be available for photoshoots, autograph sessions and panels on both days.

The 2023 editions will be held on 6-7 April and 2-3 November, in Flanders Expo Ghent. If you’re even remotely a fan of fantasy, science fiction, comics, anime, cosplay, video games, board games, films and TV series, then FACTS is a phenomenon that should be on your bucket list.
